  • For e -book users, your choice to go digital mirrors our aim to reduce our carbon footprint.ย  Thank you for supporting our green initiative. Instructions to access your e -book will be shared via email shortly, typically within one to five days.
  • For hardcover enthusiasts, your provider manual will be dispatched through a trusted courier. Delivery usually takes between one to five days. To ensure you receive your materials promptly, kindly provide your accurate delivery details in the form below.

Note, this form is specifically for those who’ve opted for the hardcover version of the provider manual.

2. How to prepare

Even without a pretest, preparing beforehand will enhance your learning experience. Here’s what you can do.

  • Thoroughly review the BLS Provider Manual.
  • Familiarize yourself with the basic CPR techniques and AED’s. These foundational skills will be honed during the course.
  • Optionally, you can explore supplementary pre -course resources that will give you a deeper understanding of the BLS protocols.

3. What to bring and how to dressย

  • Course Material: Don’t forget to bring your BLS Provider Manual to the class. For participants using the e-book version, rest assured that HSTCA provides mobile devices for your use. Nonetheless, ensuring your personal device is fully charged will allow for smooth access to materials.
  • Attire Recommendations: Dress for comfort and mobility. Choose attire that facilitates easy movement as the course includes practical activities involving kneeling, bending, and lifting. Should you have any physical limitations that may affect your ability to engage in these exercises, please inform an instructor ahead of time.
